A gratuity of 18% will be added to your ticket for an open bar. All alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of Illinois. This establishment, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations; therefore, it is a policy that no liquor or wine may be brought into our banquet or meeting facilities from outside sources. You may bring liquor or wine to your sleeping room only. There is a charge of $35.00 per bartender, per hour. This hourly charge will be waived with every $150.00 in bar sales per bartender, per hour.
